LandXML to Database (free) – a QGIS Plugin – Free, Obfuscated, max 2000 records/theme

This Plugin builds on the Rubber Sheeting Plugin by adding functionality to load LandXML Files to PostGIS themes.

The Rubber Sheeting functions are identical with 3 tools. Rubber Sheeting and 2 * Two Point Transformation.
One Two Point Transformation operates on themes without a CRS, the other
with a CRS.
They operate on the ‘Active Themes’ in the QGIS Legend, and store the
results in either a Postgres/PostGIS, Oracle or SQL Server database.
This version if free to use, obfuscated, but limits themes to 2000 records.
