1. Cancellations
- Digital Products: Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, as digital products are instantly accessible.
- Crowdfunding Contributions: All crowdfunding contributions are final and cannot be canceled once submitted. Funds go directly toward the campaign creator’s project, and we do not facilitate cancellations or refunds.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. We encourage customers to:
- Download and test the free sample before purchasing.
- Start with the lower-cost version if unsure about their needs.
- Review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
Exceptions may be considered only if:
- The purchased product is completely inaccessible, and the vendor is unresponsive to support requests.
- The product description was misleading or fraudulent.

3. Exchanges
Since our marketplace deals in digital products, exchanges are not possible. However, vendors may offer upgraded versions of their products at their own discretion.
4. Vendor Accountability & Admin Oversight
Vendors are required to deliver functional products and accurate product descriptions. If a vendor fails to meet these standards, the Admin team may:
- Investigate complaints and attempt to resolve issues.
- Remove misleading products from the platform.
- Suspend or ban the vendor if they repeatedly violate marketplace policies.
